Who Can Participate
Minimum Age: 9 Years
First-timers are welcome. Good fitness is required.
Fitness Requirements
Participants should be able to:
• Jog 5 km in 35 minutes or 10 km in 80 minutes
• OR Cycle 10 km in 30 minutes
• Carry 10–12 kg backpack (3–5 kg if offload option taken)
• BMI should be between 18 – 29
Health Requirements
Participants must have:
• Pulse Rate: 60–100 bpm
• Blood Pressure: 100–130 / 75–85 mmHg
• Respiratory Rate: 12–20 bpm
Participants should not have diabetes, asthma, heart/kidney issues, hypertension or pacemaker implant.
If you have sinus or epilepsy issues, please consult the trek coordinator before booking.

Day 1: Arrival at Sankri
Altitude: 6,400 ft
Drive: 220 km | 10 hours approx.
Day 2: Sankri → Juda Ka Talab
Altitude: 9,100 ft
Trek: 4–5 km | 5 hours approx.
Day 3: Juda Ka Talab → Kedarkantha Base Camp
Altitude: 10,100 ft
Trek: 4 km | 2.5 hours approx.
Day 4: Base Camp → Kedarkantha Summit → Hargaon Camp
Summit Altitude: 12,500 ft
Trek: 6–7 km | 7 hours approx.
Day 5: Hargaon Camp → Sankri
Altitude: 6,400 ft
Trek: 4 km | 3–4 hours approx.
Day 6: Departure – Sankri → Dehradun
Drive: 220 km | 10 hours approx.
