The Rupin Pass Trek is a classic Himalayan adventure that connects Uttarakhand to Himachal Pradesh through lush forests, cascading waterfalls, alpine meadows, snow bridges, and high-altitude passes. The trek culminates at the Rupin Pass (15,250 ft) with breathtaking views and a spectacular descent into the Sangla Valley — one of the most rewarding and scenic treks in North India.
Typical Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Dhaula (Base Camp)
Day 2: Dhaula → Sewa
Day 3: Sewa → Jiskun
Day 4: Jiskun → Udaknal
Day 5: Udaknal → Dhanderas Thatch (Lower Waterfall camp)
Day 6: Acclimatization at Dhanderas Thatch
Day 7: Dhanderas Thatch → Upper Waterfall Camp
Day 8: Upper Waterfall → Rupin Pass → Ronti Gad → Sangla
